Kayla DeVitto is TomTod’s Lead Story Guide. She directs our communication, internally and externally, to ensure the stories we tell, formally and informally, align with the TomTod ethos. Kayla has a BA in Communication and over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector.

Kayla is a graduate of Leadership Stark County’s Spotlight Class, a member of YStark and Women’s Impact, is a volunteer mentor in Malone University’s Pendle Hill Program, and actively volunteers with Canton Symphony Orchestra and Akron Youth Mentorship. She serves on the Board of Directors for Cleveland GiveCamp as Vice Chair as well as Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital’s Imminent Leaders Board. Kayla founded Nonprofit MarCom Meetup which is a professional development group made up of small, local nonprofit marketing and communication professionals.

When not doing all that, she can be found taking her three kids (Ellie, Sophia, and Ronan) to the Stark Library, disc golfing, kayaking, or thrifting for vintage home decor.
