Partial-day themed summer camps
Camp Explores are partial-day camps designed to immerse middle schoolers in community explorations and fun hands-on projects with local professional creators. Each Camp Explore is themed around a creator profession (such as art, manufacturing, health, or business) offering a variety of options for middle schoolers to express their creativity, explore their interests, and grow their skills.
Each day is filled with playful creative warm-up games to prepare campers to exercise their communication, curiosity, and critical thinking before they dive into real-world explorations like interviewing local creators, collaborating with professionals, or taking behind-the-scenes discovery field trips. Inspired by their explorations, campers create daily, original, hands-on projects.

ARTS
Partnering with local artists and businesses, campers have explored photography, local art studios, mural design, and more through day camps like Artsplorations.
MANUFACTURING
Middle schoolers have explored the manufacturing industry in their community through camps like Stark Makers Camp. Activities include hands-on creator challenges, field discovery labs, and interviews with manufacturing professionals.
HEALTH
Campers have explored topics like nutrition, physical activity, grocery shopping, and more with local partners like the YMCA!
Camp Explore: Middle School
A Middle School Transition Program
Camp Explore: Middle School is a middle school transition and mentoring program that helps students feel excited, prepared, and less nervous about starting middle school.
The goal of Explore: Middle School is to empower middle schoolers to investigate and discover answers to questions, concerns, and curiosities they have about transitioning to middle school. Students build relationships and connections with their future middle school buildings, teachers, principals, and peers, as well as envision their future education pathway through immersive college and career field trips.
Each day of Explore: Middle School includes a variety of creative games and activities centered around their new middle school experience. Students engage in carefully designed opportunities to interview representatives from their new school and connect with near-peers who can provide on-the-ground perspective.
