Create the soundtrack of your life. What songs do you listen to in sad times and happy times? Watch actress Elle Fanning make the soundtrack of her life. Share your soundtrack on Instagram or Facebook or take this quiz to find you which Disney song should be your theme song.
Think of a time when a close friend was struggling with something. How did you respond? Would you treat yourself with the same kindness? Self-Compassion Exercise 1: How would you treat a friend? Draw, find an image, or create a collage of what exercising self-compassion looks like and share it with someone you trust.
