Andrea Capuano joins TomTod Ideas as our Senior Operations Lead, bringing a powerhouse mix of administrative know-how, leadership savvy, and a can-do attitude. She’s the kind of person who jumps in wherever needed—whether that means streamlining processes, supporting the team, or wrangling a rogue office coffee spill (because, let’s be honest, it’s bound to happen).

Before TomTod, Andrea spent 28 years climbing the ranks at a local company, from administration to executive leadership. More recently, she’s been coaching leaders and executives through her consulting practice. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Kent State University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Malone University. On top of that, she’s a Certified Facilitator and Authorized Partner of Wiley DiSC® products, and a YTT200-certified yoga instructor—so she can help you with both professional growth and your sun salutation!

When she’s not keeping things running smoothly, you’ll find Andrea spending time with her big, wonderful family, tending to her garden (with some help from the neighborhood community kittens), diving into a good book, or curating the perfect playlist for the moment.
